Innovation is a catalyst for transformation. Drawing inspiration from groundbreaking concepts in the literature, we will look at innovation as a lever for creating value.

DESIGN THINKING AS A MEANS TO INNOVATE

Design thinking and design research can help us understand the needs and context of beneficiaries. Design thinking also helps ideating new ways to fulfil these needs.

BUSINESS MODEL INNOVATION

The core of innovation is creating value and impact. Technology can be a means, but most important is how we bring value and create impact. Business model innovation is key.

PROTOTYPING AS MEANS TO RESEARCH AND TEST

Prototyping serves as a means to test at every stage of our innovation trajectory. Whether that is to test a first idea with rough prototyping or our final test before launch.

INNOVATE WITH THE DESIRED IMPACT IN MIND

Innovation is about creating value and making impact. In this session we learn how to measure the impact we have in mind, and to incorporate the impact in our innovation.

This day is designed to fortify your ability to cultivate a receptive environment, ensuring alignment with the governance structures that guide innovation within your organization.
